Small chicken coops or "mini chicken coops"  typically house 1 to 4 chickens. These are best if you are limited on space or you really don't want too many chickens.

The Eglu is a popular and portable coop thats very modern looking. They are usually in the price range of $300.

Tractor chicken coops are coops that have a full enclosed hen house and run. It also has wheels and is fully portable. These are great if you can't leave a coop in one area or if you like to move the coop around to give your chickens fresh grass and bugs to peck at.

Medium sized chicken coops house 4 to 10 chickens. Its not to big and not to small. Typically they are about half the size of a standard shed. Having a coop this size allows you to get a little more crazy with your decorating skills!

Large coops have no limits! They house 10+ chickens are are open to your imagination. They can range in size from a shed to small house depending on how many chickens have and how much room you want!
